저는 본래 인도네시아에서 사역을 하기 원하여 오래전에 인도네시아 언어와 문화를 3년간 공부하며 말에 있어서나 문화의 이해에 있어서 자신이 있었습니다. 제가 선교에 헌신 후 선교지를 놓고 기도할 때에 우선 인도네시아가 떠올랐던 이유는 첫째 저는 열대과일이 너무 좋아 늘 바나나 나무를 집안 뜰에서 키우며 따 먹을 수 있겠다는 큰 기대감과 더불어 동남아의 뜨거운 여름 날씨가 저에게는 왠지 친숙하여 저는 “체질상 인도네시아 선교사이다”…

The condition of the living condition is rather horrible. Esther said they're called squaters. I saw some stuff like that in Thailand but it was never that bad. But I wouldn't mind doing ministry in the Philippines one day. Oh, by the way, you commented on your own page... ;)
